Canarian Havaii en Faluas

This was an excellent clean, compact apartment equipped with everything you'd want for a self catering holiday. The owner was very helpful and made the check-in easy and stress free. She was also quick to answer any queries we had. There is also access to a nice pool. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by and the centre of PDI was a a gentle 15 minutes walk away. We will certainly try and visit again.

Good communication.helpful host.washing machine in the apartment.bed was comfortable..great base to explore playa del ingles .lovely short walk to the beach and plenty of Irish bars in walking distance.supermarket across the road and the bus stop is just around the corner.we walked or got the bus everywhere.pool was good.plenty of sunbeds.we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to this apartment.we had a great time.

The only thing I can say is I would have preferred an extra pillow but I just used the couch cushion and it was fine.did not take away from the fab stay.

The property was as advertised. Very clean and modern and had everything that I needed for my stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Being picky, there were some building work happening nearby, but that is not the hosts fault.

This is the private appartment situated in the hotel. So you have advantages of a hotel (nice own territory, good swimmong pool, restaurant) and those of appartment (kitchen, fridge). Situated close to the beach, bus stop, grocery stores, shopping promenade.

Squeaky bed; noise from the street at night

Excellent location next to shops, restaurants, bus stops and 10 mins walk to beach and dunes. Easy self check in and early check in allowed.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Many small niggling faults with the flat I.e. washing machine door brocken, no washing powder, no free internet , TV in bedroom and not the lounge , hardly any soup, no bin bags and no cleaning service. Pool view was actually of the hotel pool across the busy road and not our hotels pool.

The location was not bad. I am curious if you cancel this statement because it is not favourable .

There was fraud done with the people who book this place. We paid 62 € less but where not told why. The published telefone numer was not from the Hotel but from the host who lived somewhere else. If I wanted a private appartment I whould have chosen rbnb. There was not a single wardrobe, no drawers, no shelves. And the little space that existed was filled with the owners stuff to a great extend. Booking. com MUST tell people what they are at BEVORE (!!) they book. Of course we hat no cleaning, no towel change , no waste was taken etc. etc. The original Appartments of the hotel are MUCH better; I have seen a few and I whould rather have paid 62 € more.

Plain, simple, rather charmless small flat, but perfectly located between beach and shopping centers. Ideal for people who are just mainly seeking a place to shower and sleep within walking distance of everything. Very friendly owner lady. No dogs allowed on premises, so no barking

The tiny TV is old and of bad picture quality, Wifi only at one place in the flat and very weak, pool view yes, but the pool of another hotel over a (at night luckily quite quiet) road
