The apartment itself was very nice, very spacious and the beds were excellent. Easy access to the pool and spa. The whole complex was spotlessly clean.

Lucky for us we hired a car at Alicante airport and not just a transfer because we would have been in bigger trouble. We arrived at the complex and gained entrance via the main gate, but that was as far as we got. I rang the office repeatedly, but only got replies in Spanish, which we could not understand. At this stage WE WERE STRANDED. I tried to get in touch with Booking.com and Zap invest but was unsuccessful. We had no option but to get alternative accommodation elsewhere, we were very tired and stressed. The next morning I rang the office and was given instructions where to go to get the keys for the apartment, which was over 5 kilometers away. The girl in the office told us that we should have been sent an email explaining how to get the keys in the first place, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL. Eventually we got into the apartment around lunchtime. The next day I rang the office and asked for a fob to be able to use the underground car park. She told us we should have gotten one with the keys, WE DID'NT. When we went there to pick up the fob we were told that they had in fact given us the wrong set of keys. To sum up our experience with the office: First of all we lost a day, we spent 13 instead of 14 days. I paid for 14 days. We had to travel to and from the office a few times including returning the keys when leaving. Nobody got in touch with us to see where we were or to offer any kind of apology. Why we were charged over 150 euros for cleaning I will never know, thats a rip off. While the pool was really nice, there was virtually nowhere to sit, only four plastic seats, which were very uncomfortable and four wooden benches. Nearly impossible to shade from the sun. In the bathroom there was nowhere to hang towels or clothing, no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms.

Excellent apartment with fantastic facilities. The outdoor pool was a little cool as it was March April but that didnt matter with the beautiful & heated indoor pool & spa. Great views and walking distance to Villamarin plaza. Immaculately kept grounds and plenty of space to sit around both pools.

Beds were a little too firm but thats just personal taste.
