Casa de Sueño en la Playa

Дом расположен в очень спокойном месте. Море, пляж, всё рядом. В доме полный комплект для отдыха и летом и зимой. Бассейн с подогревом, сауна, джакузи на террасе, камин- это для зимнего отдыха. Летом, естественно море. Дом был чисто убран. Хозяин Мануэль, очень приятный человек.

Нужно обновить сантехнику, есть нюансы.

Pues llegué con mucha ilusión. Pero pues jacuzzi de terraza roto, con otro puesto inflable pero no calentaba, a finales de septiembre solo pudimos estar métidos 5 min ya que el agua estaba muy fría. Jacuzzi de baño arriba lo llenamos pensando en pues usamos este, roto y un mal olor desagradable que metio en toda la casa. Piscina climatizada, perdona pero eso no es climatizada ya que estaba congelada. Lo cual dos días viendo la tele y echando un billar q x cierto reventado. La verdad que nesecita sus arreglos. Y no se puede vender tanto y luego no hay ni un pasarato, en condiciones. Lo único las vistas frente a la playa.

Y para el remate fue salir a las 10 de la mAñana. Ni descansar, hay que madrugar!!

La ubicación muy buena para desconectar al lado de Adra,muy buenas vistas al paseo marítimo y playa,muy amable y servicial el dueño.

Hay que tener en cuenta que hay escaleras para subir a los dormitorios.

A luxury house with charm. You can hear the sea all day and at night you fall asleep to the sound of the sea. The facilities are great and the host is also very attentative and friendly.

Even though we booked and paid for the house from the listing, the landlord let us know in the last moment that the house was not available and we will need to go to another place about 5 minutes drive from the beach. The new place had very good views to the sea, but nothing much else.

We got a different place from the one that we booked. The place was very dirty, the bed had lots of bedbugs, there was no running water and overall the whole place looked like a dump - a lot of thrash laying around all around the small house (more like a bungalow). Be careful, this listing is a cheat.

Manuel's house is simply gigantic, it is very large, authentically furnished and of course a special highlight is the heated pool in the basement, so that you can relax even in bad weather, as well as the beautiful roof terrace, sauna, billiards etc. But what you can't buy with any price is a great host like Manuel, who was always able to help in a responsive and friendly manner. It's not a luxury hostel and a bit dated here and there, just as the locals mostly live and it feels like you’re visiting your uncle or auntie. Larger groups or families with rather older children will have a great time. As the house extends from bottom to top over 4 floors and all the bedrooms are on the first floor, the house is unfortunately not really suitable for seniors or people with limited mobility. You can hardly believe what the house has to offer and of course there is an unserviced beach 50 meters away. Unfortunately, you can't get into the water when the waves are strong, but the sound of the sea and the fresh air alone do the rest when you're up on the roof terrace. Thank you Manuel.

The access to the basement with pool and sauna is a bit low on the last steps, if someone is over 1.90m, he or she is guaranteed to bump their head in a careless moment. There is a pool table in the center of the living room, which is great, but the dining table is offset in the corner. If you're not so keen on playing billiards, the layout of the living room is a little less communicative and you can use the huge roof terrace for that.
