Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Please inform Hostal Horizonte in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hostal Horizonte in advance. Arrivals after 23:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 25. Check-in is not possible after 00:00. Please note that air conditioning is included in rooms with private bathroom. In rooms with shared bathroom, air conditioning has an extra cost of EUR 4 per day. In case of early departure the hostel will charge the total amount of the stay plus one night. You can rent extra sheets for EUR 10, extra pillows for EUR 5 each, and extra towels for EUR 2 each. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. This property does not allow room reservations for groups There is no 24 hour reception. You must advice your arival time in advance. Luggage storage carries a EUR 2 surcharge per bag or case. Bicycles, electric scooters or surfboards are not allowed in the rooms. There are no storage facilities.
