Cortijo Rosario

Wir waren als Paar im Oktober 2025 dort und träumen bereits von einem nächsten Aufenthalt. Das sagt ja wohl alles. TOP!

Vielleicht ein Toaster in der Küche. Das ist aber schon alles...

L'accueil, l'appartement propre et très confortable, la terrasse avec une vue panoramique époustouflante sur les collines couvertes d'oliveraies. Un lieu agréable à vivre, parfaitement situé, presque au centre de l'Andalousie, dans lequel nous avons séjourné 11 jours.

Néant car ce lieu a correspondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Pour nous c'était un choix judicieux.

Mooi uitzicht in een fijn en schoon appartement! Fijne centrale locatie, met de meeste grote steden binnen 60 a 90 minuten afstand. De vele natuurparken en de gezellige kleine dorpjes in de buurt.

Climatisation et panorama.

Accès au site difficile voire très compliqué avec un véhicule surbaissé ou à gros gabarit. Petit déjeuner non compris contrairement au descriptif de l'offre. Communication laborieuse avec l'hôte faute de compréhension. Écran plat impossible à faire fonctionner. Absence micro ondes.

We booked via Booking.com and, seeing few reviews, contacted the owner to clarify some details. That’s when we found out the apartments and the Cortijo are independent, but the listing mainly shows photos and information about the Cortijo. I’d strongly recommend updating the listing—Airbnb shows this much more accurately maybe because its on 3 different listings... That said, our stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully styled. Although we had booked the 1-bedroom Madrid apartment and were given the Studio Barcelona instead, we didn’t make a fuss as both we and the other guests were already settled. The studio worked fine for us, although we did notice the nightly rate for the studio was lower than the 1-bedroom we originally booked. The owners were lovely—very respectful of your privacy but always available if needed. We asked if a BBQ could be arranged, and the next morning one was left on our patio without us even having to follow up. Really appreciated the responsiveness. We also really enjoyed the town nearby—although small, it was absolutely lovely with plenty of bars, and even the supermarket opened for a few hours on Sunday. You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location. The experience was truly relaxing. The pool, shared with the owners and the other apartment—we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves all weekend. Amazingly, even though the Cortijo was full with a group of 15 young people, we barely heard a thing from our apartment. It felt like a private getaway. Would absolutely return!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like however a couple of points for improvement: The entrance stairs to the apartments are a bit worn and don’t match the high standard of the interiors. First impressions matter, so a small refresh would go a long way. The Studio Barcelona apartment doesn’t have an indoor dining table, and the outdoor umbrella struggled with the wind all weekend. It made eating outdoors a bit tricky. Maybe consider adding a more stable shading option. The patio light didn’t work (possibly just a blown bulb).

The location was good it was private and quiet. The pool was great, wasn’t to cold, enough sun beds and chairs to accommodate our entire family. We loved that there was an en-suite in every room. Some of the rooms had a balcony which was an added bonus. Couldn’t hear other family members from their bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and was great for cooking family meals in. The dining room was great, we could all sit and eat together. There was a downstairs toilet which was great especially when the kids had been in the pool. The bar area had a dart board In, we had lots of fun in the evening enjoying playing darts with the kids. We loved the views from every angle of the Villa. The Host Cartouche was great, he helped us with everything we needed. He has a tattoo studio on site which was perfect as me and my family members wanted to get tattoos, he couldn’t be more helpful and made us all feel very relaxed.
