It's a cheap stop near the motorway into Madrid, about 45 minutes from the airport if you're heading west. There is a late checkout (12pm). After a bad start with a very smelly room we needed to change, we were given a room that was clean enough.

Check in was chaotic (a sign to call a number, record a message and then get someone on the line asking if I were in one of two locations: then told to go into the hotel's café to get help). There was no record, then, of my booking ( although I had booking ref and PIN number). Finally, we were given a room that smelt terrible - I had to go and ask for an alternative, going into the café again. The check-in time was given as up to midnight and although we arrived at ten, the doors closed immediately after we arrived. The shower (in a twin room) was extremely small.... You have to be slim to work it! No side lamp.

La atención fue excelente. Muy buena voluntad. Nos ayudaron a cancelar una reserva que se hizo duplicada sin ningún problema. Personal honesto y muy agradable.
