Whilst I personally prefer top floors ( quieter etc) it potentially could be trickier for some families with prams for example. Other then that - great place 👌

"GREAT, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO THE CENTER"

Very nice and spacious accommodation. The apartment is actually bigger than in the photos. We were here at the end of November when it was around 4°C outside and the accommodation was warm. The metro and train station are 300 meters away. There are lots of restaurants and a supermarket right next to the apartment.

There is a bathtub in the bathroom, but there is not enough hot water in the storage water heater to fill it. No problem in the summer, but in the winter it would be nice to have a full bathtub of warm water. But there is enough hot water for two people to take a shower.
