No breakfast facilities but options all around and we were visiting with family in town so not necessary. The location was great and quiet right on Highway 15 in Smiths Falls.

The beds were very tall so therefore difficult to get in and out of. The room was a little small and cramped for the furniture it held. Also the water pressure wasn't very good and tv selection wasn't great.
