geräumiges und gut eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, grosser Balkon mit Aussicht, ansprechender Bau, genügend Geschirr, neuwertiger Backofen, neuwertiges Bad, Wohnung kann bei Hitze mit Hilfe der Läden gut kühl gehalten werden.

Küche war zwar sauber geputzt, wegen Alter des Materials (Holz) fühlte sie sich trotzdem klebrig an. Bettgrösse für grosse Menschen eher etwas knapp.
