"Excellent location and facilities. Great view"

Wonderful location, with one parking space. Easy to park in longstay too, only 5 mins walk away. Beaches within 1t mins easy flat walk, in both directions. Right in the Harbour, so we could eat out and explore easily.

Please provide a brochure of top tips for visitors. We had to search around for information.

"Exceptional"

Great location close to the central area of Brixham. Parking space made local beach excursions a breeze. Well equipped spacious apartment has everything you need for a short break. Hosts was very helpful and easy to get hold of to ask questions prior to our stay. Lovely stay.

"Fantastic stay."

Host was very good, check in made very easy location was brilliant will return at some point. Lots of places to eat drink, your own parking no charge, very clean and comfortable would recommend.

Excellent facilities and location and great to have individual designated car parking. In addition the owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming.

Although not essential a few basic condiments and minor welcoming items would be fantastic if kitchen role milk suchlike.

The apartment was spacious with all the facilities you need and located close to all the shops and bars/restaurants. The parking is right on the private driveway, which was great.

"Brixham stay"

The location is excellent, right in the harbour. Although right on the main road we didn't find this to be an issue and the magnificent view more than compensated.

The house is well equipped and the bonus of a private parking space was great. On the whole the place was clean but I think the place could do with a more thorough clean. It may be that being the end of the season this is overdue, but there were a few cobwebs in the bedroom, skirting boards needed a good wipe, the bathroom floor looked like toothpaste stains and the sink felt sticky but I think this was from a cleaning product not being rinsed. I think a doormat would be useful - it felt awkward stepping inside with nowhere to wipe your feet. However, I would stay here again and just leaving this as constructive feedback for the owner.
