KAYA Uluwatu

Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo, infatti ho deciso di estendere la mia prenotazione. La posizione è eccellente e anche il posto è molto bello, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza é lo staff. Finsen e Fidel sono due ragazzi fantastici, super disponibili, mi hanno sempre aiutato e sono sempre stati molto gentili e sorridenti! Mi hanno fatta sentire a casa. Sicuramente stra consiglio questo posto.

I really liked that there was instant water heater for the bathroom which heats up water real fast and there’s constant hot water as well. Bed was comfy and the bench by the window is a great touch! Staff was really helpful in every way and allowed us to extend our check out time for a small price.

There were stains on the sheets, MANY mosquitos and stained towels (dark patches). For the price I paid, it was quite disappointing.

Ich war hier nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Zum Glück 😂. Die Unterkunft ist eine reine Baustelle und inmitten einer Umgebung weiterer Baustellen. Der Pool wird erneuert und die Zimmer sind klein und stickig. Ich verstehe, wenn man ein Hotel nach Jahren renoviert. Aber man sollte es über diese Zeit schließen bei diesem großen Aufwand. Weiterhin an Gäste zu vermieten ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Ich war schon 10 mal in Bali aber sowas hab ich noch nicht gesehen. Ich kann nicht verstehen wie man es hier länger als 2 Nächte aushalten kann.

This place is in such a great location—you can easily walk to the local mart, it’s only a couple of minutes down to La Bamba, and just a short walk to YouFit gym, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. What really makes this place, though, is the staff. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and were always there whenever I needed anything, day or night. A huge thank you to them for making my stay so comfortable. The bed is incredible—super large and honestly one of the comfiest I’ve slept in, a solid 10/10. I stayed here alone for two months and never once felt the need to move elsewhere. It’s safe, convenient, and just an all-around great place to stay. I didn’t want to leave!

Lo staff sempre molto gentile, affittano anche scooter. La casetta su due piani era molto pulita e luminosa

C’erano dei lavori in corso e una piscina non era agibile rendendo la struttura un po fatiscente. In più un giorno con piogge molto forti e entrata un po di acqua in casa. Tutto sommato 4/5, per quel prezzo va benissimo

Extrem enttäuschender Aufenthalt – absolut nicht wie auf den Bildern! Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die Fotos auf Booking.com sind sehr irreführend und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Der Pool, der auf den Bildern sauber und fertig aussieht, war in Wirklichkeit leer bzw. eine Baustelle. Überall lagen Baumaterialien, Schmutz und Müll herum. Zusätzlich gab es ständig Baulärm, sodass an Entspannung überhaupt nicht zu denken war. Die Anlage wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt und deutlich schlechter als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Man fühlt sich wirklich getäuscht, wenn man ankommt und etwas völlig anderes vorfindet als das, was online beworben wird. Für den Preis ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass sich das Hotel noch im Bau befindet und der Pool nicht nutzbar ist, hätte ich definitiv nicht gebucht. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung.
