Facilities/range of activities available at the park itself. Good Internet reception in caravan and the caravan was clean.

Lack of home comfort items, just felt like sleeping in a shell. No added extras e.g no lamp in bedrooms, there wasn't even a small amount of shampoo or tea/coffee provided. Two out of the three mornings woke up to bedding feeling damp. Signs on the windows with phone number advertising available for rent made it feel like our stay was nothing special.

Great location. Very near to what we needed. It did get lovely and warm with the heaters.

Thought it would have central heating and double glazing.

Caravan is lovely, in a nice quiet area. Wi-Fi and Netflix were a great bonus. And pet friendly

The caravan was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. Clean and tidy and had everything you need for a short break from home. The host communicated well, sent all the information needed for a smooth check in. Thank you 😊

The campsite was nice and the shower was hot

The owner used the word luxury, it was the least luxurious place I have ever stayed. It was cold, uncomfortable, damp and beyond basic. There was a gas fire and two oil filled radiators, one of which would not pass any safety checks. There was no iron, hairdryer or towels provided. I didn’t feel it offered any kind of value for money, it was really over priced. I felt very upset about staying here but it was a family get together and we had driven over four hours. I would not recommend this to anyone. My parents booked another caravan through booking.com and for just a bit more money it was absolutely stunning and very luxurious.
