Были приятно удивлены гостеприимством хозяина. Приятный человек, встретивший нас, как родных людей. Проводил до квартиры, кстати очень уютной, чистой, с отличным расположением (5 минут до моря, через дорогу Макдональдс, магазин прямо в доме с адекватными ценами, в шаговой доступности обменник, кафе, супермаркет; в квартире все, что необходимо для проживания: стиралка, посуда, кондиционер) Мы остались безумно довольны. Проживали неделю семьей с двумя детьми. Рекомендуем бесспорно👍

"非常不错"

整体不错，位置很好，周边餐厅很多，有大超市，离最美麦当劳100多米。房间干净整洁。房主很热情，还给我们送葡萄酒。

沙发床不够舒服。如果能换一个好一点的就完美了。

Очень удачное расположение апартаментов. Всё рядом и пляж и достопримечательности и даже макдональдс под окном. Очень душевный приём хозяина. Всегда был на связи начиная с момента бронирования и до окончания пребывания в городе. Лично обеспечил трансфер туда-обратно и провёл две отличные экскурсии по окрестностям Батуми и Кутаиси. Огромное спасибо Фридону за замечательно проведённое время в Батуми!!!

Бывало шумновато ночью - лай собак, шум машин.

Very clean apartment and super hospitable owner. Great view of Courtyard Tower and MacDonalds building. Close to the beach and supermarkets. Very kind hearted owner. Parking spots are available. Very good experience in general.

"Exceptional"

The flat is located at the 8th floor in the city centre, near McDonald's. Its location gives easy access to the best Batumi centre has to offer. The flat has a balcony with chairs and the view is amazing. I have attached a photo with the view. The beach is located 3 minutes' walk and there are a lot of restaurants and activities around. The host is friendly and helpful, we could not ask for more.
