door locks could be updated key got jammed multiple times and 2 keys for a villa that is able to host 6 should be standard

Good staff, helped us with laundry and bring everything we needed, for example, water, new towels, toilet paper. Just text them in WA.

The condition of the villa is horrible, old and not clean at all. Cups, pillows, sofa covers, floor are dirty like nobody has never washed them. There are ants everywhere. Also pool looked unclean and there is a nail under the water, so my first day at the villa started with a bloody toe in the pool. Water stops every minute and you can’t take a shower normally or wash dishes, so be ready to spend 30 minutes simply taking a shower after a beach. By the way showers are also broken and the pipes stacked, so water doesn’t go away quickly. Bathrooms are outside or there is a door/way from outside that can not be closed, so basically anyone can come to your bathroom without having a key. Speakers didn’t work when we tried to listen to music. Also the villa is located on the hills, so getting there by car or by bike was very stressful experience every time. The nearest beach is pretty far from the villa if you want to go on foot, and it’s also dangerous to go on foot using those roads.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommending places to eat, things to do and see and also letting us rent scooters for the week. They cleaned the property daily to a very high standard and were fast to contact via Whatsapp. Will stay again!

Nice and spacious, rooms on separate levels. Close to restaurants etc using scooters.

Not a problem for us, but it’s up a steep hill just something to note so not really an easy walk anywhere. We messaged the property weeks in advance asking if they could mind our bags after checkout and they said they could as we had a late flight. It turns out they wanted to hold our bags at the cleaners uncles house which we were a bit unsure about, when I asked for the address he said he didn’t know it and was trying to show me on Google maps where it was, it ended up being quite difficult and we just had to take our bags around with us which was a bit inconvenient as we were told we could store them so we had to change our plans for the day and pay for luggage storage at a facility in kuta because that was the closest one.

I didn’t find this property at all comfortable it is very run down unloved and unkept. We unfortunately had a storm during our first night which knocked out all the electrics including the aircon - we had not been told where the fuse box was, were unable to find it and repeated messages to the staff for help went unanswered so we spent a very hot unpleasant night The following morning we had no running water for showers. The staff did come and this out after some time but did not apologise for all the inconvenience The location of the property affords it lovely views but also makes it very inaccessible

It’s huge 3 floors beautiful villa. Comfortable and clean. But sometimes on this villa you will have guests it’s monkeys. Close all doors. And do not leave nothing in bathrooms coz they can enter there from outside of building. They stole my medicine and cigarets and made mess.

Monkeys . but it’s part of Bali nature.
