We had a great stay at Archie's apartment. Archie was very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and just a short walk to the sea. We loved that there were plenty of excellent dining options, including restaurants and specialty coffee, within easy walking distance. It was a perfect fit for our large family of 6 adults and 3 children.

Nothing major, there was some construction work during our stay. However, it didn't disturb us much.

Obwohl das Apartment sich in der Stadtmitte befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll dekoriert und der Vermieter ist sehr nett, er ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Очень понравилось, пообщались с владельцем при заселении. Доброжелательный, пояснил что где и как. Расположение отличное, близко ко многим достопримечательностям. Внутри чисто, красиво все оборудование новое, исправное.

"Идеальное место в сердце старого города"

Всё понравилось . Начиная от встречи , хозяин апартаментов человек с открытым сердцем . Спасибо ему за настоящее грузинское гостеприимство. Что можно сказать об апартаментах, они шикарные . 3 огромные спальни , 2 ванных комнаты( отличный напор воды и холодной и горячей , для Батуми редкость), оборудованная всем кухня . В каждом помещении кондиционер . Рекомендую однозначно . Большое спасибо, Арчи , за комфортный отдых и привет большой твоей дочери .

Мы были всего 3 дня , это очень мало времени .

Очень благодарны Арчи и его семье за комфорт, уют, стиль в интерьере апартаментов, доброжелательность и гостеприимство, отзывчивость и заботу. Номера отеля в пешей доступности от моря, площади Европы, цирка и других достопримечательностей старого Батуми. Рекомендую всем.

Bardzo przyjazny właściciel, dobra i wydajna klimatyzacja, duża i pojemna lodówka. Archie nas powitał poczęstował winem i opowiedział pokrótce o Batumi. Zawsze był z nim kontakt i pomagał w każdej sytuacji.

Prysznic się lekko nie domykał.
