All of the staff is very kind, friendly and ready to help you. Rooms also contain regular baths instead of shower cabins which is nice.

The main problem with this hotel is how it was build. I realize it is supposed to be an exotic touristic attraction stylized to look like a medieval tower with ancient doors and furniture. But OMG these 5 stages of dangerous stairs! With no elevator! It's just a terrible idea for families with kids or senior members. The rest part is so-so as well: breakfast is short and poor, beds are REALLY high, bed sheets are cheap, no teapots in rooms etc. For example, if you want to have hot tea in your number you need to descend 5 stages to the basement, ask a portier for a glass, make yourself a tea and ascend 5 STAGES up to your room. Well, I can count it as a gym included.

Odada su yok Kahvaltı orta derecede.Resepsiyon davranışı hiç iyi değildi.

room was very small, the light in the bathroom didn't work, wifi connection didn't work inside my room, the hotel only accepted cash, they came before 12:00 to ask me to check out, and then as i sat outside no one even went to clean my room (i could've stayed in there a bit longer).

В этом отеле единственное, что соответствует 4* - это персонал. Прекрасные люди! Завтрак был порционный, но вполне достаточный.

Оформление отеля хотя и дизайнерское, но всё остальное не соответствует 4*. Совершенно неудобные номера. Маленькие, к двуспальной кровати подход с одной стороны.Вода после приёма душа вся на полу. Не возможно после подойти к унитазу . Как уже писали, недостаточно освещение. Подушки как резиновые. На матрасе невозможно спать людям с разным весом- образуется яма. Лучше брать отдельные кровати. И вишенка на торте- замок на двери, который можно легко отодвинуть.
