Krtsanisi apartment with pool

I had a disappointing experience with the agent managing this property. Initially, we were asked to pay 50 GEL for cleaning, which seemed reasonable. However, after checkout, we were unexpectedly charged $50 in fines for alleged smoking in the property — something that’s entirely untrue as I’m a fitness trainer and a non-smoker. This felt unfair and dishonest. I advise future guests to be cautious when booking this house to avoid similar experience

Location is fine and the pool is nice and warm (35 degrees), but no facilities like a shower or locker rooms.

Apartment was not clean, and everything is showing wear and tear, even though the building is not finished yet. We complained to the 14-year-old son who came to collect the money, but never heard again. Apparently, the owner is only interested the money but not in any customer satisfaction. The apartment is slowly falling apart, without proper attention and maintenance this place will be a complete dump within six months. When we arrived: dishwasher was full, stove was not clean, toiletpaper roll holder was detached from wall, TV was not connected, cloths were hanging in the living room on the drying rack, and so on.

Swimming pool was nice ! Appartment design is cool and cozy ! Nice area around !

Shower system is not good, too hot or too cold, hard to take a shower.
