The staff were all really warm, from their welcome with a warm cup of tea after we landed after midnight to their daily service and answering our many questions during the stay. The laundry service was also amazing & helpful for our long travels in China! As the cherry on top, my family really enjoyed the chance to take photos with the Qipao! Was great fun :)

Not much! Perhaps our first night - we got a ground floor room next to the lift (because all their other rooms were occupied) so it was a bit noisy throughout the night, but once again the staff at Atour were so great they proactively asked us to move rooms the next day to one on a higher level, and the transition was seamless :)
