"Doesn’t worth the hype and the price, needs to improve a lot"

The bed quality and sea view from the room.

A lot of insects everywhere, even in the pool and little beach in front of the hotel. Even in one of the days we encounter a big snake in the parking area. The pool area was also dirty and with a lot of bugs that means you cant be chilling in the pool. Breakfast with a good quality products but too much simple and without any special requests available (benedict, pancakes, fresh fruit). The orange juice was fresh and natural. But all the other products in the breakfast aren’t from a 4 star and SLH Hilton hotel… About the dinners we’ve booked dinner for 8paxs at 9pm and when we all finish the main plates and ask for the dessert menu we receive “the kitchen closed at 10:30pm” and the waitress don’t ask us to chorar or if we want? Simply rude… About the pool hours it days 08am-08pm but at 7pm the start to day that the pool will close… Event the drinks are too much expensive, some at 15€ and moscow mules at 24€ for each cocktail… Resuming is a 4star hotel but in reality is a 3 star hotel that pretend to be a SLH hotel…

"Cet hôtel mérite des travaux de maintenance et la saison doit être préparée plus tôt."

La localisation au milieu de nulle part, le petit-déjeuner, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel de service.

La plage et les chaises longues doivent être nettoyées et entretenues. La salle de fitness n'en a que le nom : 3 vieux appareils + la salle est sale. Les clients accèdent en chaussures à la piscine intérieure et au spa... L'hôtel doit être mieux maintenu (le lavabo de notre chambre était bouché pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, la moustiquaire du balcon était cassée, les vitres étaient sales, de nombreuses taches sont présentes aux murs de la salle de bain, etc.) L'hôtel n'est pas adapté pour les personnes en situation de handicap physique (chaise roulante). L'homme à la réception passe sa vie au téléphone et ne lève pas la tête quand un client se présente devant lui.
