Hotel didn’t have electricity and staff was useless

The hotel is fine and great value for money but the internet signal was very weak in my room. I needed to go to the lobby in order to use Whatsapp. I spend three nighst there and on the last day, there was no electricity. I waited until 8 pm and finally found another hotel. They refunded my money for the last night the next morning but still they had no electricity which was very peculiar since every other building did. It is my suspicion that they must have had a feud with the electric company putting all their guests in a very uncomfortable situation since you cannot sleep without A/C in such a tropical climate... Very irresponsible management and for that reason, I cannot reccomend nor would chance it by staying there again.

location a little fit far from carnaval activities. outside noise breakfast could be better

It was clean and the service was good

When I went for the breakfast before the 10:00 am most of the things had finished

Staff were very kind, the room had air conditioning and it was cheap.

On the same street as a girls dancing club paired with a hotel. Not a super luxurious area. Very loud music during the day.
