El hotel en sí y las instalaciones están renovadas y se ve bien. Las chicas de la animación hacían muy buen trabajo.

La ubicación del hotel en sí y que habiendo contratado una habitación junior suite familiar deluxe nos dieron una habitación fuera del complejo hotelero teniendo mis hijos que cruzar una carretera para disfrutar de las instalaciones así como la piscina y servicios, cuando en la reserva no ponía en ningún sitio que era annex building. Cuando lo comentamos en recepción nos dijeron que sí que parecía que había un error, pero al día siguiente la manager nos dijo que eso era lo que habíamos contratado y que no podía cambiarnoslo porque no había habitaciones libres, cuando yo misma intenté reservar otra y sí que había disponibilidad… Hay una especificación para las habitaciones que están en el edificio externo y en mi reserva no lo ponía por eso me siento estafada y engañada. La comida del buffet es de pésima calidad, a pesar de tenerlo pagado, solo lo “disfrutamos” una noche.

We had a swim suite up room and on the pictures it describes it as a more private area, unfortunately I was told that the sunbeds in that area were for everyone to use, which made no sense to me, what are you paying for if strangers are swimming in your private pool and on the sunbeds in front, so yeah was definitely disappointing

Great food.

The smell, which was already talked about before. It smells really bad in the shower, so much so that I ended up using perfume in the room to be able to sleep. Everything else was great.

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και στη ρεσεψιόν και στη κουζίνα μπράβο …θεώρησα ότι θα μείνουμε Σε κάποιο από τα δωμάτια που φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες ,αλλά μας βάλανε στο πάρκινγκ εκτός ξενοδοχείου σε κάτι άλλα δωμάτια …κατάταλα το φάει υπεροχο …περάσαμε όμορφα …❤️

Stay away from this hotel. This hotel smelled of shit everywhere you went. You could smell sewage everywhere. We paid for a room with a view of the pool and when we arrived they gave us another room. When we asked, they didn't explain. They just told us that you can leave if you want, but they wouldn't give us our money back. When we got to the room, they were painting it and the room smelled of paint. We didn't stay because we wanted to, but we had small children and had traveled for 8 hours to get to this hotel. After our stay, they offered us coupons for 1 free drink and lunch from the hotel. We chose to have the drinks with dinner, but when we showed them the coupons, they were shocked and didn't understand what was going on, creating a very awkward situation for about 30 minutes.

The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, sand beach close to the property.

First night we’ve got room where the bathroom smelled terribly bad, it was not possible to sleep in there and kitchen was under the window so all the smell and noise from there came into the room. Second day they changed the room and everything was fantastic. If we wouldn’t get first night this horrible room I would give this hotel 10.
