Villa Pera Meria

It had so much character and colour, beautiful views from all rooms, quick walk to the beach, kitchen was well equipped, and the host was so helpful with transporting us by boat across the Harbour from the port and helping take our luggage to and from the property.

The creaky floor boards on the stairs - but really we loved everything!

Overall the accommodation is unique, authentic, beautiful, you can expect what you see on the pictures. And even more, in reality it is a bit like a fairy castle. The large sun terrace with the view of the Kastelorizzo bay is stunning, I can imagine living on that terrace for weeks. Veronika, the housekeeper was waiting for us an she was extremely helpful and gave us all information we needed. Getting to the accommodation is really authentic, you can only go there on foot as no streets and cars are on this part of the island. But the owner has organized for us to have help bringing our luggage up to the house. Definitely not accessible with wheelchair and for older people, but for us it was an amazing location. We had an amazing time

A lovey, typical Kastellorizo house. Roomy, comfy beds and a lovely view of the town and harbour. Yiannis is a great host.

A lot of stairs!

We were on the island for a wedding. Other family members remarked that we had the best accommodation. The view was excellent. The space in the house was great. Amenities were excellent. If we needed to speak to anyone, there were immediate replies to our WhatsApp enquiries. Nothing seemed like a problem. The air conditioning was terrific. Kitchen was big and so well equipped. The terrace was spacious and perfect of an afternoon. Showers were fine and water pressure was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Loads of bed linen and towels.

Nothing.

It’s spacious with many rooms and air conditioning in every room. But the stairs are very narrow. They also made of wood (beautifully traditional) that creaks on every step.

The location. It was highly steep alley to reach the house. In hot weather and carrying baggages, it’s an ordeal …

The location was perfect to our large group who were with us, most staying at the hotel immediately in front of us.

It is full of character which added interest to the stay, perfect for a family with kids
