Bed and Breakfast Umoljani

L'emplacement est très bien. L'accès à l'hôtel depuis Sarajevo se fait sans problème avec tout type de véhicule car une nouvelle route de bitume est achevée. Depuis Umoljani, j'ai entrepris la randonnée jusqu'à Lukomir en passant par le mont Obalj (1896 m) et pour le retour je suis passé par le canyon. C'était super. Cela m'a pris 6h30 à pied. L'hôtel est convenable et la dame qui s'en occupe était très aimable bien qu'elle ne parlait ni français ni anglais. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit et le petit-déjeuner bosnien était compris. Le café était très bon !

La chambre était correcte et le prix un peu cher pour le pays, mais c'était une bonne option pour faire la randonnée que je voulais faire. La chambre n'était pas 100% obscure pour dormir. Dommage.

We were delighted to receive an unexpected complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a chalet with splendid mountain views right across the guesthouse! The well-presented Chalet consists of 2 floors, featuring a living room, kitchenette & a shower room on the ground floor, & a wooden staircase leading to the bedroom upstairs. Clean, tidy, cosy & comfortable bedding. Radiator heaters available on both floors. The following morning, we were served a hearty local breakfast comprising an omelette, salami, freshly prepared dough fritters, sliced tomatoes, creamy white cheese, jam & Bosnian coffee in a very charming & rustic, traditionally decorated restaurant setting. Exactly what we needed ahead of our Umoljani - Lukomir loop hiking trail! Conveniently located in proximity to the trailhead. Heartfelt thanks for a memorable stay and overall great experience in scenic Umoljani!

Recommendation to further enhance the guest experience at your property: Consider modifying the shower space to include an angled glass enclosure, a shower tray, & a proper functional slope for effective water drainage, which will prevent water from spilling and pooling on the bathroom floor. A rubber shower floor mat would help to prevent slipping. Install bath towel hooks. Level the wash hand basin to avoid things placed on its edges from sliding right into it.

Very comfortable chalet with a living room on the ground floor and beds on the upper level. Perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking. Excellent, hearty breakfast the following morning - there was so much that I packed some of it for lunch. The location is great, both from the point of view of having convenient access to the hiking trails in the area, and being in the midst of beautiful surroundings. I also really appreciate the fact that the host did not cancel the booking even after realising that it was on a day when the guest house would be closed - she drove up and opened it just for me!

Très chouette établissement, bien situé pour faire de belles randonnées. Les hôtes sont vraiment sympa.

Essen ist sehr lecker und reichlich (auch als Vegetarierin bin ich ohne Probleme satt geworden:) ), Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit , Lage ist super, es ist herrlich ruhig und man schaut in die Berge. Es ist schon sehr rustikal/einfach eingerichtet, was uns aber gut gefallen hat. Wer eine "fancy" Unterkunft sucht, wir hier vielleicht Komfort missen.

Dusche/Bad (in der kleineren Hütte): der Abfluss scheint nicht zu funktionieren, so dass das Bad (da keine Duschwanne) stundenlang nass bleibt nach dem Duschen. Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Kein Wlan in der Hütte.

Hele gastvrije en plezierige omgang met de eigenaresse. Had perfect in beeld wat ik van tevoren gevraagd had. Heerlijk gegeten, zowel ontbijt, lunch als avondeten. Eenvoudig maar heel smakelijk! De locatie is geweldig en leent zich perfect als uitvalsbasis voor mooie en lange wandelingen/hikes.

De matrassen hadden iets beter gekund, en meer gordijnen tegen het ochtendlicht.
