The location is great, very quiet and in front of the sea. There's parking space for residents and there are various shops such as supermarket, pharmacy etc in walking distance

Great view from the balcony. Very close to the sea - you can hear the waves all the time. Very friendly owners! Really sweet and welcoming lady, always ready to help and give information, and was very caring and felt almost like family. In the end very moving gesture - she gave us a jar of local thyme honey. Beautiful garden with flowers and herbs, where one can sit and enjoy the shade in the afternoon. A lot of friendly lazy kitties around. Easy spacious parking. Good water pressure. Cloth drying rack in the balcony. Nice that when leaving the door open one gets a good breeze through the window and the door. The apartment was very nice and breezy early in the day until around 12:00 (orientation is to the west).

Occasional sewer smell from the bathroom at times overpowering, but common in rural Greece. The bedframe was a bit dirty but the linen was clean. No body soap or shampoo, but 2 complementary small soap bars. The bathroom door handle was ready to fall off. The same with the toilet paper holder - they need to be tightened.

The pictures made it look closer to the sea than it was. The view was a dissappointment

Basic local equipment should be better

Great location, brand new room and very clean . Had exactly what we needed for our trip to Karpathos!
