Summer Villa in Porto Rafti

Space, views, location, luxury, quality.

The driveway was very treacherous. Gardener kept turn in up unexpectedly too.

Super Lage, schöner Pool, direkter Meerzugang mit tollem, grossem Grundstück.

Very nice location and the view was stunning!Two families stayed here comfortably. We were visited my super friendly neighbor’s dog daily,also there were two turtles hovering around the house, it was wonderful.

Most beautiful rented villa/place I have ever been to. The stay felt luxurious. AC functioned great. Amazing host who prepared a lot of drinks for us. It is not a 5-star hotel but greatly equipped and the ratio of price and quality was great.

Few fixings and doors could be improved, and the access road, but nothing major, and definitely would come again. It is a quiet, non-tourist area and you will need a car. Restaurants are walking distance though.

The location and the view are just wonderful. Our family loved the big garden and privacy. Nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The household included everything we needed.

Location was nice but not much around. Garden and view were amazing and the villa was close to the beach.

The house was ok overall with some spacious rooms and an amazing view. Few points to highlight why we (8 Pax) put 1 as an overall score. The villa was presented in a very nice way but in reality it was different. It could be way cleaner upon arrival. We had the feeling that it was not cleaned before we arrived and only done when the last guests left. (which can be a longer period ago) We all arrived in the late night so the introduction was quick and of course not all was checked. In this perspective we couldn't use a large bedroom and bathroom in full. We saw a lot of mouse poop the next morning and with 2 small children and a pregnant woman we escalated this directly to the coordinator and through booking.com to connect with the owner. Apparently the owner doesn't understand what hospitality means as he didn't want to check or send a cleaning lady to fix the issue. He said that we left a door open which of course it is nonsense as it was mid night. When we asked for a partial refund since we couldn't use all the rooms he was completely ignoring the story and was not willing to do anything about the issue. Rudeness to the fullest! Next to that I think the facilities can be much better for this price. All was a bit old and outdated. The TV was really old and both speakers were broken. The zooming noise from the speakers was louder than the audio itself. The driving lane was terrible and will ruin your car fast. A lot of big rocks and only partially paved in the beginning of the lane. Please also note a car is a must otherwise it will be hard to go around even to the supermarket. Overall we had a good stay as we made the best out of it, but for sure not returning to this as the owner has totally no understanding! In this review you will see some pictures added to highlight the issue as it isn't minor when you have young children and a high pregnant woman. This was really unacceptable!!!
