Hay una persona que entrega y recibe las llaves, no es muy gentil, un baño no tiene agua caliente, no tiene cerradura en la puerta, no esta bien dotado en la cocina (LA NEVERA NO SIRVE, no hay tenedores, no hay cuchillo,etc), le falta mantenimiento, la ventana de la habitación hacia el bulevar no abre, y necesita vidrios aislantes de ruido, el bulevar es muy ruidoso y no se puede descansar bien en la habitación que da sobre el bulevar

La ubicacion estuvo genial para mi y en general el lugar comodo, y seguro.

Por mejorar algunas cosas como por ejemplo: Los utensilios de la cocina, menos plastico y mas loza de ceramica, muy escasa la vajilla, la nevera no enfria, en regular estado, y faltan sobresabanas. Tambien por arreglar la ventana del primer cuarto que da hacia la calle.
