Fig Tree Beach Houses in the heart of Protaras

Mieszkanie jest położone blisko plaży, pasażu a na przeciwko znajduje się sklep co umożliwia szybkie zakupy. Dodatkowo od drogi oddziela je długi ogród, przez co w mieszkaniu jest cicho i można wypocząć. Obiekt jest dobrze wyposażony - na miejscu jest toster, czajnik, żelazko, ręczniki, klimatyzacja, koce, prześcieradła, środki czystości - wszystko co jest potrzebne :) Kontakt z gospodarzem - był dostępny cały czas, od razu odebrał kiedy miałam problem i pomógł mi go rozwiązać.

Drobnym minusem jest brak suszarki.

The host was very rude everything in the house was broken from the house was for 4 people and we didn't have place to walk or sleep

very good location, friendly landlord, clean, a lot of facilities (gels, shampoos, cleaning stuff) kitchen very well equipped

backyard/ frontyard - frontyard door wouldn't close, very small/ narrow, garden furniture very used (pic don't like it)

Very close to a supermarket, which was convenient. Free parking available. The apartment has air conditioning in every room.

The house has four levels with many stairs, which can be difficult for families with small children, as you need to watch them closely. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There were a lot of small ants in the bathroom and living room. The yard doesn’t look like the pictures; the slide is old and broken, and the barbecue is just a rusty half-barrel with no grill. The air conditioner in the top room makes a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. Although the host did send a plumber the day after we reported it, we were told this is the best possible pressure without a water pump. (After reading other reviews, it seems this is a known issue that hasn’t been addressed.) The living room had bedbugs, making it impossible to sit there. When we reported this to the host, she got back to us several hours later, saying she couldn’t find anyone to come and clean.

Very clean and spacious and amazing location

The shower pressure was incredibly weak, because of this we showered outside, and the sliding door, one side didn't lock so we spent hours inside the first day until the host sent someone to help.

Close to the shop and restaurants comfortable beds good comunication with staff /thanks to Karisse/. we asked for sheets and get them on the same day We were allowed to stay 1 hour longer than check out time, because our bus was early. And besides we were let to check in earlier, too
