Essendo un monolocale con angolo cottura con anche la macchinetta per il caffè espresso, per noi è stato comodo poter prepararci la colazione a nostro piacimento ed anche un pasto.

Sarebbe utile aggiungere in dotazione una pentola un po' più capiente (oltre al piccolo pentolino e al padellino). Nel corridoio del seminterrato da percorrere per arrivare al monolocale c'era un odore sgradevole, in particolare verso sera.
