Alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Schöner Innenhof (auch für Raucher) und wenn man länger bleibt um einen Absacker zu trinken.

Schade nur, dass des keinen klare Fensteraussicht gibt (weil der Nachbar das nicht will) Aber ein nur wirklich kleiner Makel.

The location was very close to where I needed to be. The owners were very helpful and spoke good English. All this made for a stress free, enjoyable trip.

Great little place, all the amenities you need

Not welcoming, poor communication prior to my arrival. The apartment was sweltering, full of flies and bees, the kitchen sink was leaking water and When reported, no action was taken. Had to utilize the bathroom sink to wash dishes.

The apartment is on a quiet street with easy parking.

It was all right for us as we went out all the time to meet with friends, but it might seem rather limited in comfort for people hoping to cook and spend time relaxing in it.

The owners left us to our own devices and we had access to the property at all times, they were flexible in letting some extra people join us and use the accommodation, although there were extenuating circumstances in this case and in fact we spent most of the time we'd booked elsewhere. If I need to come back to this location, I'll definitely look up Silke and her family and hope to book with them again. They are warm hearted and genuine people.

It would be good to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes etc so you don't have to put everything on the floor or on the radiator. For longer stays, a small laundry basket would be a good addition. However these are just practical suggestions and in no way deter from the quality of the premises.
