Exceptional: A Hidden Gem – Even Better Than the Photos! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lago Verde in Peračko Blato, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The house exceeded all expectations – even better than the beautiful photos, which is rare! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The home is equipped to an exceptionally high standard – we wanted for nothing. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms have spacious ensuites ,beautiful livingroom and the entire property was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and charming pool house created the perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment. The location is simply stunning. Just a few steps away are the peaceful Bacina Lakes, where we could take the bikes or kayaks provided and explore at our leisure. The setting is quiet, traditional, and ideal for unwinding, yet still just a short drive to the coast and charming tourist towns nearby. There is a small shop a short walk away for essentials, a larger town 10 min drive if you would like a supermarket. Our host Vederan was incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming, and very helpful. He and his charming son Luca gave us beautiful gifts of produce they grew , grapes, figs ,honey, oil.  They offered restaurant recommendations where we were looked after extremely well ,and gave us local tips – yet always respectful of our privacy.That  balance made our stay even more enjoyable. It is very clear that all our host genuinely wanted was for us to enjoy our holiday . I felt that i could ask for anything. This is the kind of place you just want to keep it as your own secret escape. We felt completely relaxed while enjoying total comfort and luxury of the beautiful villa. We can’t recommend Largo Verde enough and will definitely be back!

We had the most fabulous stay- based on the hosts, the house, and the location. Vedran and Tatiana were the most amazing hosts- doing all they could to make our stay fantastic. We arrived after a delayed flight at 1am and they met us with the key- settling us in that late night- even stocking our fridge as there was a public holiday with all the local supermarkets closed and they anticipated that we would have no food. We wanted for nothing during our stay as they supported us with everything we needed for our holiday wanting to ensure that we had the best trip we could have in Croatia, organising our rental bikes for the kids to arrive at the property, fresh figs from the garden, offers of pizza nights and even gifts when we left. The house is a dream- even better than the pictures. Everything was clean, spotless, and modern, with huge rooms each with a magnificent view of the lake. The facilities were brilliant for our family- We loved the huge pool, the hot tub, the pool house and bbq, the tranquility of the village. There are lovely areas to sit around the property, and everything has been designed to a high spec. Finally, the location was breathtaking. Being right on the beautiful Bacina lakes was such a highlight. There were 3 kayaks and a paddle board and we took them out every day. Cycling around the lakes was a great activity for the family, and we spent most days jumping off the local jetty and beach- even after busy sightseeing days- in the perfect temperature water- with hardly anyone else around- a contrast to other activities in the area. We can not recommend this accomodation more highly- one of the best holidays we have had- and we would love to come back!

The property is built to a high specification with pool and relaxing areas including a pool house with 2nd kitchen and grassed area. The property is situated in a rural quiet location near a beautiful series of lakes - lovely for swims and trips by kayaks and a paddleboard supplied at no cost by Vedran the generous and attentive owner. The property has full air conditioning throughout and beautiful en-suites. It is immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. You will need a car to get to local supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby towns of Ploce and Gravac or further afield. Was perfect for our needs as a 5 person family.

Vedran and Tatiania were fantastic hosts alongside their son Luca. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Vedran even met us on route to show us the best route to the house and then showed us a short cut the supermarket. The house itself is stunning. The pictures dont do it justice and we couldnt have asked for more. Vedran kept us in touch throughout our stay and even invited us to dinner and made us amazing wood fired pizzas. The house is located in a quite village with a small shop 5 min walk away selling fresh bread and all essentials you need. Vedran allowed us use of his kayaks and paddleboard on the stunning Bacina lakes, which are 100 metres from the house. There are 2 cafes on the lake which are easy to kayak to or use the 4 mountain bikes and cycle the lakes path to get there. There is a swimming pontoon close by and the lakes are lovely to swim or dive in. All the amenities in the house are well serviced by Vedran and the pool is stunning. There are a choice of places to eat around the house dependent on which amazing view you want to look at. The pool house has an amazing traditional croatian wood fired oven which Vedran was happy to supply us wood for. (There is also a gas bbq should you prefer) A car is needed if you wish to visit the numerous Dalmatian beaches which range from 20 to 30mins away. To top off our amazing stay, Vedran and Tatiania provided us with numerous gifts for our return journey such as home made olive oil and beautiful lavender bags which was extremely unexpected and most generous of them.

Everything! What an amazing house! Beautifully designed, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday away from home, extremely clean. The pool area was amazing with a separate pool house for dining and a second kitchen. Vedran and Tatiana were wonderful hosts. Not only did they invite us for drinks on arrival, they also cooked us pizzas in their wood fired pizza oven for dinner one evening.

Frankly speaking: everything was perfect during our stay in Lago Verde and I cannot recommend this place more. We enjoyed all facilities provided by this place, everything was as stated in Booking and even better. House is beautiful, very modern and extraordinarily clean. Pool, sauna and hot tub were available for us 24/7 and were perfect, we really enjoyed them everyday. If you think this place is too good to be true, I can assure you that this was also my thinking back then, now I can tell you: it is even better than what you see here on Booking page. Local neighbourhood is very green and very quiet, you can really rest there without any problems. If you wish to visit some historic places in Croatia like Split, Dubrovnik, Ston this place is good starting point for such daily trips being located in center of Dalmatia. Special thanks to wonderful hosts Vedran and Tatiana who were super helpful and made us feel like in home. Strongly recommend this place for family holidays, do not overlook this.
