Apartment MONTE

The host is very kind and sweet. We liked being tucked away in the small nook of locals while at the same time, being so very central.

Something that'd help future guests so much - please add an image showing the nearest parking (nightly not hourly) and the easiest (least hilly, not shortest) walking route from parking to the house. Google isn't super helpful here. Once we figured it out, it was simple, but that initial trip with suitcases was more hectic than it needed to be.

This apartment was great for our stay. There is a lot of natural light and the location is fabulous (and the shower was wonderful).

The host Maria was wonderful. Helpful, joyful and sweet to be with.

It’s a lovely simple place. You feel like a local. It’s not fancy, but clean and quaint. It was on a beautiful cobblestone street with a beautiful little courtyard. I used her washing machine and even hung my laundry out on a pulley line , (between two apartments)out the window like a local.

Right in the centre of the old town, Marija, our host, was lovely, nice size of apartment for a small family, close to restaurants.

The location and peaceful nature in the middle of a busy tourist town was very good. It had the atmosphere and hospitality of an “old” town. We loved it.

Information about parking and this could be because we were communicating through booking.com. Direct communication with the establishment would have made the parking situation more clear.

Could not have had a better experience

Place with excellent genius loci. Medieval narrow streets, good places to eat and drink. Plenty of friendly locals still living in a heart of the old town. I guess that's very rare. Happy to come back.
