Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable falling to the centre. Very basic but was suitable

a perfect place to stay! 10 points for location is very quite and secure, sea just at the front, communication with the host is perfect.checkin and out super easy, bed very comfortable, bathroom is amazing.so big and new, Thank you Marjan!we will book it again!!

This the perfect place for a short stay in Zadar. The location is unbeatable with everything you need within walking distance. Even though the room is compact, it feels larger because it is really well designed. 1. Instead of having a big wardrobe that you can't use, they have a place where you can lay your case/bag/backpack, put your footwear underneath and hang your gear above 2. There is a mirror in the bathroom AND a full length mirror in the living area 3. There is room to put a toilet bag next to the sink rather than on the floor. 4. There is a safe 5. The balcony is large with two chairs and a table you can move around in. 6. There is a kettle, cups and wine glasses but also a range of teabags, sugar etc 7. The bed is comfortable with tables and lamps on each side 8. The shower is walk in and large which is rare in small flats 9. The host was proactive with communication and very helpful and enthusiastic about Zadar

It is perfect localisation in the centre of city. Comfortable beds, nice balcony, very close to the sea. Nice owner giving good recomendation.if needed.

Can be quite louldly in the morning as iwindows are not tights.

The bathroom was modern and very nice!

You could hear noise from the streets outside very easily. We heard a lot of garbage trucks in the morning, but unless you're a light sleeper it's not too bad

Really good location, not too loud but still close to the centre and less than 10 minutes to the free parking just outside of old town.

The AC unit was a tad rattly but not a huge issue!

The Studio apartment was clean, it was handy for supermarket and the sea and we felt quite safe. We did not use the cooking facilities, though we did use the kettle, there was plenty of crockery and utensils, although there was no bottle opener/cork screw. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows too were perfect. Short walk to the sea and pier fabulous sunsets and loved the sea organs.

The photo when I booked showed a balcony and I had noted that we would like a balcony, we did not get this we had 2 high windows which overlooked unkept backs of other properties. The shower seal was not good and leaked out of the door into the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang wet towels apart from back of chairs and a small rail in the bathroom.

Amazing host, really helpful. He was prompt in answering any questions that we had. He helped us with recommendations, rent a car suggestions and overall a host that cared about our confort.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. It was not dirty but could have been better.
