Kai Boutique Studio & Rooms

Location was great, great shower, comfy bed! All the facilities in the little kitchen area were good! Good WiFi!

The room was very dark, I mistakenly thought there was a balcony, with the studio there is no balcony!

The position

This structure is to be avoided First thing first even if it's written check in until 10pm, when you arrive nobody is there for you, even if they asked for the arrival time which I provided quickly. I called and someone answered (only once and never more, for late comments) saying "I will tell my brother to come". Waited 15 minutes none came. I called again, no answer. After a long time someone called me saying "I am coming", told him that I was waiting since 20 minutes. Answer: "you want me to come or not" they took my money in advance and the asking if come or not. Awful. He said he wasn't informed. This should not be a guest problem. Secondly: to get in the building there is a code which is not working properly (told by the man - he tried at least 4 times), maybe if it is not working you may provide key to guests!!!!! In the room there is a safe? Nobody told me as it is hidden (see the photo). And by the way when I found it, it was closed (maybe by the previous guest. - They did not check). Remote control was not working properly, I used only first day with difficulty (maybe the batteries? I don't know). Someone can think and say, why you did not call for this issues? Remember first part of the review, they surely will not answer! And being right those should not be a guest problem as I have been in this field for 44 years, before giving the room to the new guest, everything must be checked by the made: TV - lights - safe - other than cleaning. The towels were not the same type, there was one steined yellow - it seems they washed with something coloured. This is not a place in Zara that you pay 230euro for 3 nights (half medium wage for a Croatian worker). So I do not recommend. The position is the only good reason. Never again

The location is perfect, just in the middle of Zadar. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable and the terrace is great. It was an excellent experience.
