Quirky and spacious with plenty of utensils

Couldn’t sit outside or use the pool at all because of the crazy amount of wasps. There’s obviously a nest or two because I’ve never seen that amount of wasps before. Literally ran the gauntlet getting out of the car and running to the front door. There are several feral cats living in and around the Cortijo. Cute to look at but absolute nuisances crying at the windows and doors to get in. Tripped over them twice when leaving the house. The pillows are dreadful. Gave us both dreadful neck and shoulder pain. Ended up sleeping without pillows which was very uncomfortable but better than the pillows. I was eaten alive by the millions of no-see-ums. The beds need mosquito nets.

If you want to relax and get away from it all then this is the place to do it. You’re right in the middle of nature. All you can hear is the birds. It’s a beautiful location and you won’t want to leave. The Cortijo is very traditional, bright & airy and it also has a lovely plunge pool for cooling off in.

The property was excellent but for the reason we went it was too far out in the countryside.
