The apartment was nice and updated and in the heart of the city. There was plenty of space for us and the kitchen was a nice option to have for cooking meals.

Other than some automated emails about check in and check out, the management company did not seem interested in communicating or offering assistance. I asked several times for the best parking option for a car, and they responded slowly and referred me to a €20/day parking garage. Yes it was close, but there is free parking all around the city I found doing a bit of research. This is something I would expect a host to assist with, especially given the price of the apartment. Additionally, the unit lacks many basic amenities like soap, fans, cooking supplies, coffee, etc. For the price, I would expect a few more touches. The unit is either hot or loud. Since it's in the city, it's loud and since there isn't AC you either have to cool it down (in the Summer) with windows open (again no fans) and hear all the noise, or roast and have some quiet.

Idéalement situé en centre ville. L'appartement à bien été rénové par son propriétaire, matériaux de qualité. Pas mal de rangement. Chaise enfant et lit parapluie à disposition. Système d'ouverture des portes (entrée et partie commune) pratique.

Pour le prix (+ 235/nuit) l'appartement manque d'accessoires dans la cuisine (tasse, vaisselle, produit d'entretien, serviette pour la vaisselle et les mains, éponge) et salle de bain (savon, gel douche, serviette mains, éponge). Pour nos 3 nuits, l'appartement sentait beaucoup l'urine de chat, c'était très désagréable, surtout pour dormir. Le nettoyage au sol laisse à désirer, quelques minutes à marcher, nos pieds ou chaussettes étaient noir. Le propriétaire doit faire le point avec la conciergerie et femme de ménage de ce côté là. Pour nous, qui sommes non fumeurs, le bar juste en dessous avec les personnes qui fument et l'odeur qui rentre dans l'appartement est désagréable.

Comunicação fácil com o proprietário, sempre disponível através do WhatsApp. Tivemos um problema com o duche, que deixou de funcionar no 2º dia, vieram verificar e infelizmente era um problema que necessitava de canalizador e sendo fds ficámos sem poder utilizar o mesmo. No entanto havia um jacuzzi (no quarto de casal) com um mini chuveiro que serviu para conseguirmos tomar banho. Check-in e check-out simples e rápido. Apartamento limpo e acolhedor.

Falta de porta no quarto de casal, havia apenas uma cortina a separar da sala, o que não era excelente para a privacidade, ainda para mais porque como tivemos que usar o jacuzzi para tomar banho, a falta de porta tornou-se um pouco desconfortável. Não havia utensílios de cozinha suficientes para 4 pessoas (ex. só havia uma caneca). Rua um pouco barulhenta à noite. Não é culpa do alojamento, mas o estacionamento é bem caro nas redondezas.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, ensuring that we felt welcomed and comfortable. The convenience of remote key access made check-in and check-out hassle-free, allowing me to come and go with ease. Additionally, having access to a private garage was a great perk, providing peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was secure. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent amenities.

the apartment is located in the middle of Renteria, close to many grocery stores, shops, bakeries and public transport. The apartment is very comfortable, and quiet. the kitchen is very well equipped.

There were only plates and glasses for 4-5 people. There is a small dishwasher to clean them fast, but when we wanted to make a small dinner with relatives, we had to ask them to bring their own plates and cutlery..
