Apartment very clean and comfortable . The agent was very helpful and quick to reply to messages.

Felt bad wasting the water while waiting 2mins for it to heat up. It's a pity there isn't a boiler in the apartment. Hot water has to come from the roof I believe.

Spacious and clean on the first floor of three-floor building. Quiet neighbourhood, markets, bakery, butcher shop, good restaurant in less than 100 meters. Parking in front of the building. Direct view from the living room to Teide peak if it's not hidden behind clouds.

Water is heated by gas boiler placed on roof top, so it takes 2 minutes before you actually get hot water for shower. You get used to it after a day, it's not too inconvenient. Small windows in the rooms look into a very small inner yard, and other appartments

Nice apartment and well located if you are staying in this area. Bedrooms are super quiet and looked on to an internal light well. Well equipped kitchen with lots of condiments,coffee, tea, cooking ingredients. Bakery two mins walk ans larger supermarket about 300m away. Parking just outside too. Great off road trails for running and mountain biking just across the road. Will definitely be back.

Lovely well-equipped apartment. Fantastic view across lava flow towards Teide. Great restaurants nearby. (We ate at the Casa Mary which was traditional Canarian and Burlamacco which was Italian.) Hosts were welcoming and friendly.

A few small details needed attending to: freezer handle almost detached and fridge handle not far behind.
