Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in Helsinki

Sijainti. Sopii hyvin Vuosaaren satamasta matkaan lähteville.

Tämä on tyypillinen esimerkki majoituksesta, jossa hyvin pienellä lisätyöllä saisi paljon enemmän pisteitä ja siten myös majoittujia. Jopa hintaa voisi nostaa, kun kaikki olisi siistiä eli puhdasta ja järjestyksessä ja hyvät ohjeet valmiina.

Riittävän tilava

Todella epäsiisti, jopa saastaisen likainen: lattiat lian lisäksi hirveän pölyiset, ikkunat älyttömän likaiset (varsinkin keittiössä!), parveke täynnä siitepölyä ja rojua! Keittiön ja WC:n pistorasiat roikkuivat irti seinästä!!! Suihkussa ei voinut edes käydä oman turvallisuutensa takia!!!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit unsure what to expect, but my expectations have been exceeded! The apartment was bigger than I expected. There was a bit dirt on the power sockets or under the bed, but the floor was clean. The price for the accomodation was unbeatable. Have been to Finland before so I expected a small bathroom, of you re normal size its good enough. The area is amazing, Helsinki has a lot of walking/running paths and Vuosaari is particularly green, in the evening you might see deers and rabbits. Waking up to Sound of birds and going for a Run in the woods with the scent of fresh, wet forest is amazing. Would definitely come again.

Would prefer the check in instructions a bit earlier

I booked an apartment for April 30, however, my circumstances have changed. I changed the reservation to another date. But, unfortunately, the owner did not confirm the changes in the reservation. Low rating, for the irresponsibility of the owner of the apartment. I will not become poor, the owner of the apartment will not become rich, however, such an attitude is not pleasant.

Visiting family nearby so it was great to be within walking distance from them. Metro easy to reach on foot or by Bus. The apartment felt safe and was clean and comfortable. It has everything needed - functional as opposed to homely. For the cost it was excellent value
