The place is in top condition and visible it is taken care very well. It reached this state throughout decades when the hosts started to make their dream true. The hosts are really nice, kind, and attentive.We felt safe because we had El Chapo the rather rounded chivava there :)

Clean, well equipped property also has an electric car charger which helped a lot to be ready for the next day with an overnight charge.

Well equipped with Mosquito nets and roller shades. Parking on spot.

Small and uncomfortable bed, me and my wife couldn't properly fit there. And every time one of us moves, bed shakes and the other one wakes up. Worst bed in the last 10 apartments we have stayed in. Apartment is quite small. Bedroom is small, kitchen is tiny. Check-in took 1 hour, very uncomfortable. One had to go to the other town to get keys, driving there and back for 30 minutes. Agency, where one gets keys, has no parking space, so one have to go to the nearby paid parking lot, park there, walk to the agency, fill papers, get keys, go back to the paid parking lot, and drive 15 minutes to the apartment. Internet in the evenings did not work at all. Get connected, and then webpage loads like 10 minutes. On the mornings Internet worked better, but still slowly.

The apartman was extremely clean and with all the facilities. Super modern kitchen and spacious living room. Staff is very friendly , we really recommend the place for everyone.

The bed could be a bit more comfortabel and need a car to get to the city but we were aware this part, its more like an information.

Great modern and clean flat with all the necessary facilities provided. This accommodation in located in a quiet rural setting. There were plenty of dedicated parking spaces within the secured property enclosure. Massive space especially in the kitchen / dining area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking and there were plenty of pots & pans, cups, plates, cutlery etc. The flat also benefits from a very large and comfortable master bedroom. Nice touches all round. Excellent multi-room Aircom to keep the flat cool during hot days / nights. Big TV screen was a plus. Practically a brand new modern flat with almost everything you want for a happy holiday. Only let down by very poor Wi-Fi setup which is important these days for holidaying families. Once this is upgraded, we would highly recommend this flat.

As the owners were on site at the time, we provided this feedback to them on check-out. The one recurring complaint by my whole family was that the Wi-Fi were very poor due to it being shared with many others in the holiday rental flats in the property block. We were unable to use it during peak and even in non-peak hours. Make sure you have good mobile data provider at hand! Owners said they are aware and will be fixing in the future. Compared to other previous booking on the same holiday period, we had to deal with a rental agency office to collect and drop off keys with parking in busy town centre a little inconvenient. We preferred the direct owner approach.
