"Nice apartment which needs a bit of love from owners"

Spacious apartment with washing machine. 10 min drive to the city.

Bathroom needs attention (also mentioned by guests before!) joints getting out and very dirty, water stays in the bath while showering. Something also not right with the flush system of toilet. Air filters not cleaned for a looooong time. Kitchen missing pans (the only one which is in the apartment has lived its life..also mentioned by other guests!)

Logement bien, belle grandeur, lit confortable, lave vaisselles.

Logement qui aurait besoin d’un bon ménage dans la salle de bain et surtout un bon rafraichissement! Les deux poêles à cuisson sont à jeter dans les poubelles, donc aucune poêle pour cuisiner, un gros manque quand tu loues un petit appartement avec cuisine! Aucun torchon et linge à vaisselle, dur de bien nettoyé!

Beau et grand logement bien localisé à 12/15 min en voiture du centre ville et des activités touristiques de Québec, pas loin il y a un petit centre commercial facilement accessible avec un maxi et d’autres commerces. Il n’y a pas de stationnement pour le logement mais très facile de trouver de la place dans la rue. J’y retournerai sans hésitation.
