The bed was comfortable

The power constantly went off we didn’t have electricity many times during the day and night so it was cold considering it was also winter time

Loved the location in the heart of the city. Very clean and tidy place, close to everything. The pics show the place as it is! Excellent customer service - really stands out snd makes you feel welcome and cared for! Thank you🙏

Location was close to metro and a few attractions. Clean, comfortable. Helpful staff online. Remember it's a first floor walk up.

Thou it was located on the first floor only, an elevator wud definitely help.

Aircondition didnt work, transparent curtains 🙃 on the window.

The apartment have really nice location: quiet and in the city center! Comfortable bed and pillows! No any smells. Working air conditioner. Very cozy place!

I have been using key box first time. And even the instruction seemed understandable, to get out the key being tired was difficult . But thestuff was on call, no problem

The place is really nice. Location is also good.

The room has not enough ventilation, so it has some a bit of moldy smell. Also, I did not receive the breakfast vouchers until the afternoon next day. So I did not manage to get any of the breakfasts. There is a nice coffee machine - but the coffee capsules were for a different machine. Generally, I would recommend to provide at least some tea/coffee in the room + water.
