Közel volt az állomás, a vízpart és a spar.

Nem volt leválasztva a másik apartman terasza, hanem egybe volt a miénkkel , ez zavaró volt amikor kimentünk A fürdőszobában érezni lehetett a csatorna szagot, de szerencsére volt szagelszívó..
