Communication is very good. Staff are friendly. The garden is really nice with a cute little pond and fish.

When I paid for later check out I got disturbed before our time was up to be asked when I will check out. It was especially annoying as we paid extra so that baby could finish his nap and the lady woke the baby up by asking when we will check out. Additionally the remote for the AC was not in the room when we arrived and hence we could not change the set temperature making our first night terrible (the reception was already closed when we checked in). The room needs a makeover. For instance the socket was not secured to the wall making it very unsafe for baby to be placed onto the bed. The shower holder kept falling off the wall in pieces. Generally I felt the place to be very overpriced.
