There are many plus points for this small STUDIO, hence 8/10 stars. It's nice, clean and well-located. However, it has no "bed-room" and "living area". Even 2 adults would feel claustrophobic, if it's raining or you need to stay in-doors a lot... Alexandra communicates swiftly and the self check-in was easy. I like this neighborhood and the windows face to the peaceful courtyard (not the busy tram street). There is a mosquito net, on one of the two windows, which allows a nice breeze in the evening. There is also a roll-down shutter blind. Note, that the windows face East, so if you don't use them (and prefer the breeze) you will wake up at 5am with the sun. The mattrass is very firm / hard, which I like. The two pillows are too big/hard (but I found one smaller / thinner pillow in the drawer near the bed). The Nespresso machine with a dozen capsules / UHT milk capsules in the fridge and various herbal tea bags - are a nice touch. The flexibility of the check out time is also very welcome. There were plenty of available toiletries and the flushing system of the toilet was excellent. There is plenty of draws and hanging space. Also, although the page doesn't list it - there is in fact a small simple washing machine, with useful instructions on it (you need to be patient and actually wait until the flashing lights settle!). Note, if you decide to use the washing machine - there is very limited drying / hanging space...

This is one smaller than average STUDIO unit. A small double bed, a single futon (that acts as the only comfortable daytime single-seater) and a dinning table, with 3 chairs. The bed is next to the front door / hallway / lift. Anyone walking on the stairs or using the lift, you can hear. The hot water pressure in the bathtub hose is minimal. There is nowhere to hang that hose, so showering is not enjoyable. Again, if it was advertised as a small studio, I would happily award it 9/10 ... There are many bigger one-bedroom apartments in Budapest, for the same money, or a little more ...

Good location. Tram station 2 minutes away. Close to attractions. Well equipped kitchen and other facilities. The host is super helpful.

It was easy to get to and had everything we needed. Close to amenities

everything superlative. cleanliness, kitchen equipped with everything you need (coffee, tea from the house), heat (appliance set to 22C) and quiet (being located on the last level you are not disturbed by the neighbors). Very prompt communication with the owner, self check-in, attention to details and guidance information. A few minutes from the tram station and a 15-minute walk from the airport express bus. I strongly recommend this accommodation unit.

This is a lovely, compact and spotless apartment. Perfect for exploring Budapest bring close to transport links. The neighbourhood has everything you need from shops and bars to restaurants and supermarkets! The hosts were super helpful with the instructions. Brilliant value
