"Good peaceful place to stay in Westward Ho!"

Great views of the bay from the property as it’s just a little higher than the caravans in front so you look over the tops of them. Very quiet, well away from the road so no traffic noise and at the time we went in march there were very few other residents. Property was really comfortable everything felt fairly new.

Wi-Fi a little weak but we found sitting in the bay window at the front keeping in line with the mast outside that had the Wi-Fi booster on it seemed to work. Only a minor issue as we solved it but the heating thermostat is locked, it was way too hot when we arrived in the property so we turned down the radiators and at night switched the boiler onto “hot water only” mode.

Before we arrived staff called/messaged to inform us of where our keys would be which was very nice of them. The chalet was warm on arrival which was a bonus on a very cold day. Every thing you could possibly need is there for use and what stunning views inside. Great location for us. Was very clean and i would highly recommend.

The villa was exceptionally clean, in a great location and kitted out with everything you might need for a short stay. I would be happy to live there!

"Brilliant Customer services"

Excellent communication and service. Check in was at 4pm however we got a call to say our check in could time anytime after 11.30am! What a bonus. Never ever had this happen before and to top it off we got upgraded! We had a fabulous and spacious static home with such an impressive view, we could do stayed longer for sure. Not only was it well equipped with everything that was need There was ample parking too

Just some issues with cleanliness but this did not spoil our stay
