It was very clean and tidy,and had everything we needed as a family

Prior to booking we didn't know it was part of Haven,and that we needed to book activities before if we wish to use them, I.e. swimming pool

The caravan was lovely. Had everything we needed. Very clean. I would highly recommend. Owners are there when you need them.

At a push I would say the passes for the pool was silly money if you wanted to use it for a day.

Well set out

On arrival the caravan was not very clean with dirty glasses, bread crumbs under the table, dirty Venetian blinds. You have to pay £53 to use the outdoor pool!!!!!!!

The location was good and view was amazing

The host had asked for a security deposit to be transfered to personal account. On our departure no one picked up the phone and no one came to check. After we were out of Hastings we got a call blaming us for a broken tv remote, which was broken previously. They deducted 19.99 pounds and blamed us and said it in the condasending way that we did not read the terms and conditions. I advise you to never use it ever, the host is horrible. Sad to see that Bookings.com is putting such properties on list.
