Joyce and Bill were excellent hosts, Rooms were lovely and clean with excellent facilities, TV, lovely ensuite, a super tasty breakfast to start the day, lovely quite location close to Omagh. Thanks again, Neil and Tom

"Best B&B I've stayed in and I've been in quite a few."

Bill and the lady (so sorry I forgot her name) were very nice. The food and options for breakfast were fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom were really clean. Fridge in bedroom to keep drinks cold which is a nice touch. Love the fact there was a plug and little shelf beside bed to charge devices. Plenty of parking spaces. Highly recommend

"Excellent value purpose built B & B in a quiet location with a great breakfast"

This purpose built B & B is situated along a single track road in the countryside. If you are looking for an ideal peaceful spot to relax, this is perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious with an excellent built-in shower. An excellent breakfast was provided exactly how it was requested. The reviews were crack-on an the location was great - just a few minutes by car from Omagh town centre.

"Exceptional"

Joyce and Bill made me feel so welcome, even though my flight got delayed by 2 hours and it was after 11pm when I arrived. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was so clean and comfortable, just can't fault it!!

"Wonderful friendly hosts"

The hosts are wonderful and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is always lovely. The bedroom is really comfortable and very clean. The gardens are beautifully maintained.

A lovely quiet place not too far from everything you may need. Breakfast was fantastic and freshly made to order. Bill and Joyce were fantastic hosts. We would definitely recommend and return.

"Everything you would want in a B&B"

Beautiful quiet location, just few minutes from Omagh. Property was well maintained with excellent parking. Room was spacious, clean with modern decor. Bathroom was clean and well lit with an excellent shower. Breakfast was delicious and I would definitely recommend the fry if your hungry.

Wanted to book for a few more nights the following week but unfortunately there was no availability. I completely understand why. Would definitely stay here again.
