Lovely cottage split over 3 floors, very comfortable, close to the harbour and the lovely Ship Inn

Nothing not to like

Great location, comfortable place to stay.

It wasn’t warm enough in the cottage. Electric fire place in the lounge wasn’t working all the time and the lounge didn’t feel cosy. For that reason I would not stay there again in colder months, but would definitely book again in a summer time. 1 toilet roll in the bathroom was left for us for 5 days In the kitchen we found remains of washing up liquid It isn’t great to start holiday from big Asda shop to keep the place clean.

A lovely, comfortable property in a great location. Would thoroughly recommend for couples or families with slightly older children due to the steep staircase down to the bottom level.

Great location

Very steep & narrow stairs to the kitchen, lots of lack of maintenance issues, I.e. black mould, intermittent heating, hard bed that kept trying to tip me out. Bad damp in the upstairs shower room ( we didn’t use it ). No coffee mcn even when I had emailed asking before the trip. Tired & stained areas. Broken & patched window in the second bedroom.

Stove access was great. Hot water ample. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

Washing machine is a huge hassle and we ended up with wet clothes in our suitcase on departure date.

Brilliant location lovely warm house fully equipped and close to beach, port and resteraunts

The location, Salt Loft is in the heart of Mousehole which we really liked. Also, very well equipped and lovely decor.
