Arto Moro Bunaken

The location of the hotel is near the tourist port, in an area with many restaurants and for this reason it is noisy. The staff is very kind, the food is very good, there is a possibility of massage and transfer from/to the airport. There is also the possibility of carrying out some activities arranged by the hotel staff.

There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. More cleaning in the bathroom and change of towels.

The bathroom drain smelt bad but they tried to make it smell better with strong chemical smell. The floor in the bathroom could be cleaned.

resort is at very good location, just beside the jetty. staff are friendly. food is delicious —- Fishes everyday… aircon is needed or it will be very hot in room. water supply has some issue at beginning. luckily it was solved later. overall, we are satisfied with the stay at Arto Moro.

Nice location, nice food, clean room and extremely friendly stuff. They even helped us with some personal issues which was very kind. A special compliment to the best Fish-Chef-Bella. Nice view from the balcony with a bench to chill outside.

The last morning I got approached from this guy wich asked me for tip, he almost begged/forced me to tip him, which was making me feel very uncomfortable. I would have tip the stuff anyways, but I think you should never ask guests for tip or trying to make clear that they should tip. Because that's what he was trying to do. This experiences was not very nice and rated my stay down. The room was fine, but the smell from the bathroom was very bad sometimes. But I guess there is not much they can do about it. Especially on islands this can happen.

Location direct in the „Center“ and on the beach, very helpful for airport shuttles (our boat has to pick us up at 3 a.m.!!!)

view on the jetty, communication is sometimes difficult, food is very basic, nice warung is close by

pros: good food, i'm vegan and i could ask the kitchen to make the fried rice vegan, just use veggies instead of egg/meat. it's also near the pier where you can snorkel and see turtles, fishes and beautiful corals! the hotel is also run by a lovely family and near the 4sisters diver, where you can arrange your diving needs, including a certification course. AC and hot water work fine

cons: need to constantly login to use the wifi.

The location was great! it was just next to the jetty and walking distance to attractions nearby.. Food was good and cheap.. The boss kept the airconditioning on for us throughout the day=) Walking distance to great corals nearby too!

The room was abit small and the flooring looked old.. The very loud music from a party next door kept me and baby up until quite late but luckily it only lasted for 1 day..

This place provided us with great accommodation and friendly hospitality during our 3 days stay on the island.

We had nothing to complain about during our stay.
