nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! tout était super, toutes les informations pour l’arrivée était très claires. l’hôte a été très adaptable et réactif à nos demandes. le logement est situé sur les hauteurs de la ville de Naxos, avec une superbe vue. le coucher de soleil est magnifique depuis le logement. et le logement est parfait, la piscine privée avec le jacuzzi extérieur sont un vrai plus ! la chambre avec salle de bain ouverte est magnifique. Merci encore pour ce séjour et votre accueil. je recommande vraiment !

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο στην παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση και η φιλοξενία ήταν απλά άψογες από την πρώτη στιγμή! Μας έκαναν αμέσως να νιώσουμε άνετα και ευπρόσδεκτα. Όσο για την τοποθεσία, ο δρόμος για το κατάλυμα είναι αρκετά στενός, κάτι που τελικά λατρέψαμε, καθώς σου δίνει ένα υπέροχο vibe ιδιωτικότητας — νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι στο δικό σου, κρυφό καταφύγιο μακριά από όλους. Τις μέρες που πήγαμε είχε αρκετή ψύχρα, αλλά αυτό έκανε την εμπειρία μας ακόμα πιο ατμοσφαιρική! Το τζακούζι μπορεί να μην ήταν καυτό, όμως με δεδομένη τη χαμηλή εξωτερική θερμοκρασία ήταν απόλυτα λογικό. Το νερό ήταν ευχάριστα ζεστό και εμείς το ευχαριστηθήκαμε στο έπακρο, αφού η αντίθεση με το δροσερό αεράκι έκανε τη στιγμή φοβερά χαλαρωτική και ρομαντική. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε ζευγάρια που αναζητούν μια πανέμορφη γωνιά για απόλυτη ηρεμία!

Le design, le jaccuzi la proximité de la ville.

The location was nice and it was easy to park. Quiet at night.

We booked this property expecting a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately our experience was very stressful. 1. Facilities & Maintenance     •    Several jacuzzi jets did not work properly, even after reporting it multiple times.     •    The mattress was so uncomfortable that I could feel the springs, and I had to sleep on the couch until the host finally flipped it on the second night.     •    The sink was loose and moving, despite the host insisting it had been “fixed.”     •    Many cabinet knobs were loose, giving the impression of poor upkeep. 2. Cleanliness     •    There was visible mold on the shower ceiling.     •    Overall cleaning was below standard throughout the suite. 3. Host & Communication     •    Instead of addressing our concerns, the host accused us of making “false claims” and told us “this is not your personal home.”     •    His tone was aggressive and intimidating, which made us feel unsafe.     •    He gave inconsistent explanations (for example, about jacuzzi temperature) and focused more on denying problems than solving them. 4. Professionalism     •    We requested to meet the owner in person, but our requests were ignored.     •    During scheduled cleaning, he came by but avoided speaking with us, which felt intrusive and unhelpful.     •    Rules about sunbeds were only mentioned after we raised complaints, which felt reactionary. Overall: Although we did our best to cooperate, the lack of proper maintenance, poor hygiene, and the host’s unprofessional attitude ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. This stay fell far below the standards advertised and expected on Booking.com
