PIERINA HOUSE (by the Tsilivi beach)

We stayed at this lovely guest house in Tsilivi for the past 7 nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we've had in Greece. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the main street, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet spot that made it easy to relax. The house itself had everything we needed for a perfect holiday in Zante. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and everything was in excellent working order. The terraces were a real highlight — we spent every evening out there, just unwinding and enjoying the warm Zakynthos nights. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Lisa. I’ve genuinely never met anyone as kind, warm, and helpful as she is. From recommending gluten-free restaurants to suggesting the best bakeries, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with that extra personal touch that makes a holiday truly special.

Location was great and the outdoor space was lovely. Lisa was so accommodating with our little one, supplied a cot, baby bath and a foam cover to help with twin beds for little one to co sleep. Very considerate and thoughtful.

Only problem was the ants, we were unable to eat in the apartment or sometimes prepare food without an army of ants.

Perfection. Modern and beautiful and right by the beach and shops. An absolute gem with wonderful beds and design. One of the top 10 we have been to. Highly recommended *****

Everything was perfect.

This property is in an ideal location just steps away from the main strip and only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous sandy beaches. For how close this property is to the strip you literally feel like you are miles away from everything with how peaceful it is, beautiful modern accommodation with everything you need. The outdoor space is fabulous with the garden sofas aswell as the outdoor dining table and chairs, clean bedding and towels every few days. After all the years of coming to Tsilivi I wish I knew about this place sooner and would 100% recommend others to stay here.

The property's location is excellent, in the very center of the busy town of Tsilivi, but it was quiet and nice for sleeping. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The property has a nice yard, we could sit in the evenings on the large terrace which was part of the yard. We had everything we needed in the house, all the everyday necessities. The sheets and towels were changed regularly.

A small remark is that the house has some specific smell when you enter if the windows were previously closed. Also, the sheets were falling off the beds while sleeping, they simply could not stay on the beds where they should. But these are small suggestions for the improvements to the owners.

The most significant issue lay with the sewage coming from the taps and shower. We reported this to the manager the same day. We heard nothing back even when we reported the next day that now there was no water at all. Unfortunately we had to pay another 500€ for alternative accommodation as we didn't hear back until later the next day. This was in addition to the smaller, but still frustrating issues which included the broken toilet seat, a toilet that took an hour to flush, Internet that didn't work (repair was promised, but didn't materialise) and the fact that the apartment smelled quite unpleasant upon arrival. Of course we tried to resolve this and get some money back for the lost days, but have met refusal. Very disappointed, and unfortunately cannot recommended anyone stay here as it isn't fit for human habitation in its current state.
